32e0026128 Some memory tracer fixes/features 
If range checks are enabled:
- Trace all objects
- Check if memory usage never gets negative
- Check if memory usage is 0 in destructor
- Track total memory usage (use pyngcore.GetTotalMemory())

b27f7f3bb6 Add BitArray from NGSolve 
Deprecate method BitArray::Set(), instead use either SetBit() or
SetBitAtomic()
