Matthias Hochsteger c55ad18a73 Fix build/image export with USE_JPEG=ON ...

- fixes broken build with USE_JPEG
 - cleanes up the screenshot code itself (there were problems with memory
   alignment, now enforce alignment of 1 byte)
 - proper error message if 'convert' is not working
 - append '.ppm' to file for temporary filename instead of replacing last
   three characters
