Matthias Hochsteger 1e20c1860b Fix RemoveIllegalElements
- Only search in relevant domain
- Break if number of illegal elements increases (avoids infinite loop)
  -> This shouldn't actually happen and is just a workaround until the
  optimization routines are fixed
