Allows resetting maxh to larger values again:

Needed for example in meshing app. Before it was not possible to set
maxh to larger value again.

...
bcnames are now stored in FaceDescriptor (as string members, no
pointers), so the name mapping must be applied to materials/bcnames
(depending on the mesh dimension).
