move fieldlines code to meshing dir

move visualization function pointers to meshing directory

DLL_HEADER -> NGGUI_API in visualization lib

move soldata.hpp to meshing

update occ, no freetype necessary anymore

de76069283 CSG2d bugfix
Fixes bug in IsInside(p) test for splines if p lies on an edge of the surrounding triangle.
Do a fast check using (new) function IsCloseToTrig() instead of IsInsideTrig().
